As with any of our projector models, if you don't have the tools or ability to cut the parts for your projector, that is no problem - we offer pre-cut enclosures, all of the parts that you might need, and other services to make building a video projector as easy as possible. What you will need to build this projector on your own is:

• 1/2 inch thick MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard)
• (~50) 3/4 inch wood screws
• (20) 1/2 inch wood screws
• 5-6 linear feet of 1 inch right-angle aluminum
• 250w IceCap Light Kit (or similar light source)
• Metal Reflector
• Fresnel Lens Set (220/220 focal length combination)
• Varifocal Projection Lens (~220mm focal length)
• 2-Fan Cooling System

Once you have acquired all of the parts necessary to build your projector, you are ready cut your MDF panels for the enclosure, assemble the enclosure, insert your LCD, and finally watch movies on your own big screen!
